Three directions, each one big idea, every state: 1440 default, hover peek, late, zoomed out, 300 rows, empty, phone. Real statuses and steps (ProcessList), real factory codes, bare order ids; names invented.
Recommended: G1 · Ledger. It keeps Frank's one-row-per-order table with his three columns and adds what the old page never had: the promise (factory due), the overrun, a factory load strip and a peek. G2 becomes its Factories toggle; G3 becomes the dashboard countdown.

G1 · Ledger · ★ recommendedRows = orders, grouped by factory — one row per order (Frank's mental model), factory groups with a load strip, history bar + promised ghost + factory-due marker, overrun hatched red.
G2 · FloorRows = factories, orders packed into lanes + daily load heat — the whole operation on one screen; read load and slippage per factory per day; order ID + customer ride on the bar.
G3 · CountdownFrank's countdown columns fused with a history strip — rows = orders at a factory; DUE +3 · +2 · +1 · TODAY · OVER DUE columns with Copy, a 21-day gantt strip in front.
